If we cannot connect despite repeated tries and it is not possible for us to carry out the process, we will notify you and make a full refund. If you have opted for remote desktop support and if we find a hardware problem that necessitates your taking in the system for repairs, making it impossible for us to render services, we will effect a full refund. If, however, our staff have carried out the service requested but you have problems due to other reasons not covered in the services, you will not be eligible for a refund even if you have a complaint that your system is not fully functional. There may be multiple issues and conflicts, each considered a separate case, and you will be informed accordingly. Sri Technologies and its staff reserve the right to decide about refunds and our decision will be final and binding. Refunds and services are contingent to our receiving payment in our bank and subject to bank processing fees, solely to customer’s account.
